Yoga Nidra With Joan Livingston

Through a unique combination of alert awareness and profound relaxation, Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) uses a series of body, breath, and awareness techniques designed to help you drop from the thinking mind via the feeling body into a state of being where you will deeply rest. This practice is helpful for many conditions including: stress, insomnia, chronic pain, anxiety, PTSD, or general healing from an injury or surgery. No prior experience is necessary. This is one of our specialty class offerings.
